Landmark Law treats our clients’ interests as our own and seeks to litigate every case with excellence. The firm handles appeals and complex litigation on a broad range of issues, most often for corporate and government clients. We work hard to gain a deep understanding of our clients’ goals and concerns and we keep them front-of-mind in our advice and litigation. If something is important to our client, it’s important to us. In every case we litigate, we develop a litigation plan designed to give the best chance of achieving those goals and persuading courts to rule in our favor. Because of that philosophy, we take on a limited number of clients.

Our appellate work spans state and federal courts within our region, including Montana, Wyoming, North Dakota, Idaho, and the Eighth, Ninth, and Tenth federal circuits.
